In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, recent operations or pregnancies that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking.
Note: We advise that the heat and hydrotherapy experiences cannot be used by guests who are pregnant or under medical supervision of any kind.
All treatments are inclusive of consultation and aftercare.
SPA ETiquette
What to bring
We will provide you with a fluffy towel and robe upon arrival. We recommend bringing 2 sets of swimwear, especially if you have booked afternoon treatments as we want you to be warm and cosy for the duration of your treatments.
Calm and quiet
We ask that you respect other spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation areas. Any rowdy or loud behaviour in any area of Urban Escape may result in you being asked to vacate the premises.
House rules
Urban Escape is an adult only environment and open only to persons aged 16 and over.
Under no circumstances are Urban Escape guests permitted to bring alcohol into the spa.
No phone zone
Urban Escape is designed to be calm, quiet and relaxing and for this reason the use of mobile phones is prohibited.
Late arrivals
Late arrival for treatments may mean that the treatment is cut short or cancelled.
Medical forms
Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their treatment time to fill out medical forms.
Note: The management reserves the right to close any area of Urban Escape without prior notice for essential or emergency maintenance.
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at Reception.
Items will be stored for three months. If they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities.
Liquids, undergarments and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only. Please bring as few valuables as possible. Urban Escape is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal items.
